'How FP&A experts support cross-departmental decision making to better achieve the company's strategic goals' - this time with key focus on Project/Program Performance Management

  • 2:00p.m. - 2:45 p.m.: Alexander Hein shows practical examples of modern controlling technologies and discusses their benefits in the plenum
  • 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.: Expertise from university and practice:
    Prof. Dr. Uwe Seidel, OTH Regensburg: "Controlling Trends & Requirements for FP&A experts in future"
  • 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Networking time / interactive workshop with focus on Project Performance Management chaired by Christian Bramkamp
  • 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.: Use case "Digital Controlling Competence" from practice. List GC shows its journey to xP&A (extended planning & analysis). 
  • 4:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Workshop and Networking in focus areas, e.g. Controlling Technologies & Tools, Learning from pioneer companies

  • Are you not a member of the ICV? We have arranged a trial package for you with the ICV. 2 events of the specialist group are open to all non-members without restriction. If you would like to benefit even more from the ICV controller community, simply become an ICV member (at really low prices with many advantages). 

 

The number of participants for all DCC events is limited. We follow the first come first serve principle and keep a waiting list for everyone interested. 

How to log into the 3D Spaces?

Wow factor guaranteed in the 3D world. Simply download the software, select your avatar and log in:

1.  Download the 3D-Spaces - TriCAT spaces    

  • You will receive the latest release of the TriCAT Application from our competent support partner ISS Hamburg via e-mail one week before the event. Download the TriCAT spaces application and install it on the PC (Windows and MAC version). Don't worry, the software is virus-free - the program is safe. If the download is not allowed on your company PC without administrator rights, please ask your IT department in good time or download the software with your private PC.

2.       After the download:

  • Press the Windows key and select the Tricat Spaces program. Click on it to bring it up. You can also attach the app to the system tray to make it easier to get started on the day of the event. Now the 3D spaces open and you are in the 3D registration area.
  • Please use a headset with microphone and a mouse
  • Log in with your individual registration data you will receive via e-mail together with your Download Link one week before the event.

  • Chose your avatar - male and female avatar are available. You can change the clothing and colour by selecting the item you'd like to change.

  • Click on the "Sessions" tab and "Join" to get to the kick-off event.
  • Perform the System Check. You can find this on the login screen.

3. Some Advice
  • There are tutorials for first time visitors who are in the 3D room for. You can do this to "practice". These turtorials can be found under "First Steps" in the software and can be completed voluntarily and in advance.
  • You can control the avatar with the arrow keys on the keyboard in all directions, with the left mouse button pressed you can move your head. 
  • Your avatar can even smile, clap, or raise a hand. To do this, open the "My Avatar" menu.
  • You can also switch on your webcam so that you can see your counterpart in person - in addition to the avatar (in the "Settings" in the 3D room). The sound works through the headset and can also be muted.
